Good Morning! This Tuesday morning feels a lot like a Monday morning:) I hope everyone had a great LONG weekend. I had a very lazy weekend. Of course, I watched some BAMA football and Braves baseball but that was all I had planned!!

Reading:    Our star story this week will be Exploring Space with an Astronaut. (pages 46 - 59) The comprehension skill this week is main idea and details.  The comprehension test will be given on Thursday. Please review this story with your child.

I changed our homework schedule due to our Library Checkout schedule. We will be checking out books on Wed. Your child will need to read his/her book on Wednesday night and be ready for an AR test on Thursday:)

*9/2: Labor Day- No school

*Thursday 9/5:  Chick- Fil-A Night 4-7 p.m. (Guntersville Chick-Fil-A in front of Walmart) I hope to see you there!!

*Monday 9/9: Grandparent’s Day… Your child may check out with his/her grandparent, but the grandparent MUST HAVE THE GREEN VISOR CARD or your child will not go home with his/her grandparent!!!

Always bring your green visor card for check-outs and pick up

Please send a note when your child’s way home changes!
